Paulita Suppose you said that shortly before Boca Jrs 3-1 defeat, was this a premonition somehow??????Speaky I think said he would be away in France for a few days but dont worry It will warm up soon
Paulita!! Come on, you cant even bring yourself to write in English... Okay, its clear that you are a true "hincha" and as such, your entitled to feel miserable...But, Im a true "hincha" as well, and look at my team's performance this year, yours at least is still in with a chance in both copa and clausura. What have things come to... Im consolating a bostera...Re-loco
I'd be glad to buy you a tonic. If only we had a taproom (or considering it's summer, a beer garden). I hope our favourite barman returns soon from his evangelical mission.
Paulita, may I??? Hi all, Im taking a rest from Marcelita's GU blog. Must confess the thread has gone a bit "funny" over there. I feel Ive made some of the most uninspiring comments since my relationship with GU blogging commenced
Marcela, "think pipita's cold because it's snowing over her chair." What you on about?? Confused me with Paulita by any chance??, or is this you getting muddled up with gender
But where is Speaktruth? He was unhappy at being shut out of his Thread of a Thousand Posts, all the usual Pseuds taproom denizens have turned up here but he must be still wandering about out there somewhere...
I shouldn't be making fun. He sounded genuinely distraught on Ebren's thread yesterday. I trust he'll find his way here eventually. I wonder how he'll react when he finds out that his cosy chat room has been turned into a Tango Taproom.
Paulita, what are you planning for entertainment here?
Zeph, that's lovely but I hope you're not planning to try anything like that with me. We'd be picking up pieces of cruciate ligaments off the floor before the music is over.
(Taking a swig of whiskey) To your feet ma'am. They're almost as big as your mouth.

doc, that's spinetta in 1983 playing one of his much much earlier songs - from a group he had called almendra.
i love the song, although it's kind of crass to say so.

Thanks for inviting me over, Doc. Why didn't I know you were all hanging out here? And so much to listen to, but now I have to go to work, and will return later.
'Stop children, what's that sound? Everybody look what's going down'
Back in 1998, during that summer's World Cup, I was the resident DJ in a quite famous Liverpool club/bar. This place wasn't merely very trendy, it was the epitome of hip, at that time. The club music style bible Mixmag had recently described it as 'legendary' and responsible for starting a revolution in bar and club culture that had been copied by lots of national chains. I had been there from the begining, 6 years earlier, and they were very heady days.
During the month long football festival in France, while other bars in the city and around the country were just begining to capitalise on the popular combination of football and club culture and accompanying it with the predictably ubiquitous soundtrack of 'Three Lions' and 'Vindaloo', I had put together a soundtrack of my own, having been combining big football matches with cool music for a few years already.
This is the song that will always remind me and perhaps anybody who did France '98 at Baa Bar of those halcyon days ...
Chuck D, step up to the mic and tell these people what time it is ... boyeeee!
There's one thing I don't like about Pseudscorner. Just one thing. It's the fact that you can't put a direct link from a comment to Youtube. This copy-and-paste-into-another-tab thing just downright spoils my enjoyment:)
That last one was great, Hannibal! Theme song for Pseuds maybe? Working my way up through the other links later..

How fast can we fill this with a thousand comments?

I'll delete you, dog help me, I'll do it!
If you delete me, I'll go on strike. You know what happens, then.
what?
I go away for 2 seconds, because, really, what could possibly happen in 2 seconds?
everything. everything happens when you leave.
so close to meeting ZZ...
Don't worry, Paulita, nothing really happened. The whole of reality has just shifted five inches to the left of itself.

Yes, please, Marcela.
Thank Dog you're here. Paulita is neglecting her hosts, busy that she is debating Basile's tactics with Eric on that thread of yours.
!Salud!
'neglecting hosts' he says...
like marcela isn't enjoying the homemade vainishas... or like I'm complaining about the mate stains on the tablecloth...
if only boris didn't like him so much...
uh, uh.
sorry you too. let the mate go a bit cold there... minot distraction.
all yours now.
basile tactics, you say? didn't know there was such a thing.
thought it was YOU offy who had bogarted the thread to discuss minutae with guest :(
haven't checked in for too long...
won't hear a word against paulita's hosting skills. she just let's everyone get on with their own thing.
don't know that we can allow her to control the juke box, though.
sumo, paulita? i mean they're ok. heroin is quite funny. but really, your response to el flaco is sumo?
Vainishas? What's that? Why didn't I get any? Paulita, you're a very gracious host but if it wasn't for Marcela I would have died of thirst by now.

vainillas.
paulita's just prnouncing it a la criosha.
hard to explain, really. like langue de chat, but fatter. drier. delicious. you should dunk them in hot chocolate for extra impact.
but it's approaching cocktail time, non?
Those vainillas sound good.
I don't know about the cocktails, I'm only a customer here. Since my associate is gone... By the way, did greengrass really take Ingrid with him to Lapland?
greengrass is in lapland?!

your 11.25 honourable link indeed and more power to your sword, I mean pen...
